At FlagsRUs, we want your home and garden to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused flags and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused flags and accessories securely in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned flags, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
